With the new Facebook layout, news feed for applications no longer appears on the left side navigation menu. In order to access it you just have to locate your application page and get the application id. Then replace the number here with your application id
http://www.facebook.com/?f
To get to your application page, just click on the link from any of the application's news feed you want.

These are long gone from facebook due to the multiple revamps they did. Already abandoned this blog space. :)
